That afternoon was very strange at the little office of Dr. Stereolab.
It wasn't just the coming of the dark at Rue De Saint Etienne 19. It was the sound of the ringing bell,drrrrrink!When the door opened, the young lady that was standing in front of it was obviously the matter of fact.She was dressed in velvet and her eyes were shining through the blue smooth day's last light. She laid on the sofa and began to talk about herself, about the past, from then until now... Dr Graham Stereolab ,was eagerly waiting tolisten to her!
She told him about her young age, her family, her first love...a story of pain and tears...Medical secret reasons do not allow us to get into further details... When the clock stroke one (dong!) the young lady was close to the end of her very interesting. Dr was ready to write a book ,maybe two.. He stood up, walked to his records, he started searching and finallyfound a yellow ep... He walked throuth the lakes of tears that were in the floor and gave it to the young lady... "Do not worry, he said, everything is gonna be just FINE! "
Vel. is a young group from Athens.Spyros Aggouras and Kostas Kokkaris are the basic duo, Eleni Garefalaki and Angie Goude join them on vocals."Fine" is the debut work for Vel. they flirt electro pop sounds and their influences could be discovered in the records of Stereolab and St. Etienne... the production on the selftitled song is by coti k + vel. and the rest are produced by electroware + vel. Vel. already releasede a single for motorway records in japan and they appeared as the opening act for baxendale's gig in Greece.
